Turn Fredette into a serviceable Point Guard.

That will really solve a lot of the mixed rotation we have this season.
Make that kid confident to bring up the ball and call plays.
And make him run the whole summer so he can stay in front of his man the whole season.

This one is on Jimmer. He has the mind to be a PG, but he doesn't have the physical tools at the moment. I think he needs to get lighter and get a little more quickness. Other than that he needs to improve his ball handling.

If Jimmer ever becomes the back up point I doubt he will be bringing the ball up the court or leading the break or anything of that nature. I suspect Tyreke will hold onto those duties but Jimmer should work on the pick & roll/pop and running through screens on both sides of the ball as well as learn how to play off others.
