Mock draft 2026

He’s also has a very good shot. Nice elevation and form, 38% from 3 for the season. Texas Tech had Christian Anderson on him (projected first round guy and really good defender) and just couldn’t stop him. He hadn’t shot more than 6 3s in a game this season, and this game you could tell he really looking to takeover. Ended up going 4/9 from 3

He’s up to 5 in some mock drafts. I think it’s the usual top 4 and then Flemings, Wagner and Brown.
Was that after today and what he did against Purdue? I haven’t seen any that placed him higher than 10 and most were in the 15-20 range. Regardless, it’s a crazy rise for a kid that was a 3 star recruit

It was one of the draft guys on No Ceilings, they did the episode before that game. He’s been a sleeper all season but now his production can’t be ignored.

For our early 2nd rd pick, if Braden Smith is available, it would be hard to pass him up for PG depth. He’s pretty much Peyton Pritchard or a much better shooting version of TJ McConnell

He'd have to shred his ACL. Even then, I think you seriously still consider him at 2

An ACL tear slides him to three but if you take Wilson over him because he’ll miss one year then your front office shouldn’t be trusted. They’re probably trying to say wilson fits better in Indiana in that mock

We absolutely need another FRP, hope Scott Perry can do it right at the deadline

Probably ain't happening unless you're willing to give up what will likely be a more valuable FRP from us. Maybe a Sabonis trade gets it done but that pick would likely be in the 23-30th range. No one else on this roster has enough value.

Sabonis at the draft to Charolette first there pick should be 7-10 range. They play .500 basketball with the starters healthy and they have enough young talent already Sabonis fits with the core as well

As @ESP47 said, highly doubt Sabonis gets us a top 10 pick. I could see the potential of landing a pick in the mid-teens, but likely will have to settile with one in the 20s (which I won't be too upset about).

Still don't get it with Koa. In all my years following Arizona basketball (going on 40?) I have had favorite players from Sean Elliott to Mike Bibby (yes!) to Derrick Willams (whoops) to TJ McConnell to Benn Mathurin that I have hoped the Kings could draft or sign.

Koa isn't even my 3rd favorite player on this team. He can't shoot the 3 which is a requirement in today's game for a top 10 pick especially in this heralded class. He's always in foul trouble.

Explain to me what I am missing that makes me doubt the top 10 worthiness of a guy from my favorite team?

If the best you could do is a pick outside the top 15 just keep him that’s terrible assets management. Straight swap for Kuminga and fillers is a better trade

Also I’d try a Sabonis for Garland swap if we draft AJ, Peterson, Boozer or Wilson Hea still young enough to be in a rebuild

Yeah it's not out of the realm of possibility. They already have a promising young C in Kalkbrenner and that team really needs defenders more than anything. They have a lot of offensive talent but they're a bit ill fitting together. Either way, Sabonis would make them better, regardless of his defensive issues.

I only caught the last few mins of tonight’s game, but did Koa defend Dybantsa most of the game? If so, you may have your answer
