I don't know if this was posted anywhere, but one of our own is currently being recognized over at Sacbee.com (BEST COMMENT) for his comment about the arena situation. It's regarding the article titled "Johnson vows Kings arena effort will move forward." I would post the link, but I'm on my phone right now. Please go over and show some support!! The naysayers are in disbelief. It's AWESOME!!!

I read the comments below this story and I want to cry...then I want to scream...then I want to go visit each and every citizen who thinks like them and let them know what I think of them and THEIR pathetic vision of a city. It's not my city any more. And most likely, not the King's either. I don't blame anyone for wanting to escape this stupidity!

Actually, it's just life. Who cares about entertainment? Who cares about 10k jobs? Who cares about millions in tax revenue? Who cares about quality of life? I guess when one has no life, they have no concern for the positive and enjoyable parts of said life. For those who actually are young enough to get off the porch, there's plenty to care about.

I know that it's pathetic when you see how ignorant and narrow-minded some people are, so go on over and show your support for Mike's comment as well as others who are taking the heat in support of an arena. We've got to make our voices heard in any and every possible way!!
