I really don't see how one can term an NBA player as "soft" when, in his first season as a pro, he had a marked tendency to slash to the basket rather than settle for the long (non-threatening physically) jumper. And yeah, some centers happened to be around on many occasions when he did, but I see that issue as pointless.
This "party behavior" report, though, is a hoot. Talk about pointless. I think sometimes folks like to spew forth when they get a hold of some supposed "inside information", even if it has nothing to do with anything. In those cases, you try to make it look like it has something pertinent to basketball and thus worthy of reporting.
Heck, if Kingsgurl and I had been feeding you all our Special K "inside information" over the last year while trying to bend and twist it to fit some basketball purpose, we would have both been banned by VF21 a long time ago.
And rightfully so.
BTW, just to further place the party thing in perspective, Kevin has a long-standing girlfriend that has been living here in Sacramento for quite a while.
Oh yeah, how twisted a notion it is that if Kevin lays someone out in the first game, his PT will go up. Grow up.
Kevin's PT will go up this season without laying anyone out. True.
That's enough time wasted on this one...
