Some FA that are on my radar:
Brandon Bass. He's an energetic PF/C who is a big body inside, but he's athletic and has a mid range jumpshot. Word is though that Dallas wants to keep him, and we all know Cuban isn't afraid to spend money.
Gortat out of Orlando. He's backing up Dwight, and is a solid player who has shown he can play, but I don't know if getting out behind Dwight is more important to him than leaving a contender. He'll still be a backup here, so maybe he would rather stay a backup on a contender.
Leon Powe. Boston will probably want Big Baby more than Powe, who is currently injured (and they have Perkins as well). The Celtics have a high salary as it is, so if they aren't interested in retaining Powe's services once KG is back, then he might be obtainable.
Brian Skinner from the Clippers. Haven't we been here before? Oh yeah, but Sac decided to dump the one guy who could actually rebound and block shots. LA already has bigs, and are apparently drafting Griffin. So Skinner could come very cheap.
Anthony Morrow. This undrafted player blew up with some great shooting with the Warriors, and he might want to leave that team, depending on what the interest is from outside the warriors.
Jason Maxiell. I doubt he falls under the "low cost" tag, but he's definitely worth it. He may seem small, but he plays much bigger with his energy and hustle. He rebounds and blocks very well for a guy his size. Remember this?

McDyess. Also a FA in Detroit, I doubt he would want to close his career with a trip to Sac. He will probably chase a ring, but he's still talented and can produce as shown by his play in Detroit.
