KTLA: Fans React To Sacramento Kings Possible Move To Anaheim; Jim Nash Reports

All I'll say, again, is let's see how long it takes Anaheim to get two of the top five longest sell-out streaks in NBA history, if ever. And Sacramento did one in the time before the Kings got good.

That's a little flawed concept. There's no other major sport in sacramento and maybe that's the case. There's a high school in the swamp lands of Florida and they sell out every home football game because it's the only thing going on in town. And the whole thing about sac having the best fans is kinda flawed too. They got spoiled by the glory years and now they don't go to the games anymore. It's no different than any other city where the team is rebuilding. Am I questioning the loyalty of the fans? Not really. I just think it's a little over hyped mainly because there's really no other major sports event to go to.

Hency the problem with putting 3 NBA teams so close together in one general region. A region with two NHL teams, two MLB teams and soon to have one and maybe two NFL teams. Not too mention having two major college sports teams. The Kings simply will never matter to Anaheim/OC as much as they did to the Sacramento region.
