It's true. Just like last game. They ought to show this video clip to Cuz.

this has been a terrible defensive effort. how many plays have the Wizards run? three? four? and not even a sliver of hope to contain them. no wonder that Cuz blew up. not that it'll help, but whatever.

We do not look good. We need more from Rudy and Cuz on the offensive end. Cuz is lethargic again unless he is yelling. I have my theories about what is wrong but will save it.

And that's the crux of my objections about Jerry and Grant regarding the little engine. He gets his but nobody around him is made better..and yet Jerry and Grant don't seem to realize that, or choose to ignore it.

And now this entire first half he has actually played distracted, like he didn't want to be there. Certainly miles away form coming out looking to dominate. And he's out of sorts. Wonder what's up? More fire? I think he's got tons of fire. I hope the locker room got contentious as hell during half time. Cousins needs to take a deep breath, calm down and focus his frustration. The rest of the team needs to get their collective heads out of their arses and play like they're being paid ... oh, wait.

It's not just about scoring. Basketball isn't a frikin game of iso offense. What I want is for IT to be setting guys up - and frankly he's not doing that. If they miss wide open 3s or layups then fine I have no right to pick on him, but he's maybe set guys up 3-4 times in the halfcourt

At beginning Kings TV showed video of him chatting with Coach Calipari during warm ups way before start of game. I wonder what was said and if Cuz gave him any personal insight?

While it's mere speculation and a semi-educated guess on my part, I keep thinking about last time. Things between DMC and IT looked awful and they had that "team meeting" and cleared the air, although we outsiders never found out what it was really about. I saw what Glenn saw between IT and DMC when Demarcus was hit in the head, and although I speculated about a possible reason who knows what's really going on.

It doesn't seem that you get the concept. We're saying it does not matter what his shooting numbers are...in this game or that game. In order for our team to get better, he needs to be interested in helping our players get going. All the time, even when he has made a couple shots and they happened to have missed

If he gives up on his teammates and fires at will we will lose for sure. I've seen that ending too many times.

People are reading way to much into Cousins play all it is, is confidents or lack of now since he didn't take good shots which causes him to miss and become edgey/frustrated which leads to him pressing and not doing the little things he can do so well (offensive rebound/battle for post up position).

He just needs to move without the ball and try get a few cheap buckets get his confidents up and stop taking that jumper until he makes a few easy ones. If the Wizards are going to double focus on being a passer ala Marc Gasol. You don't have to score 20+ a game every game to be effective no need to force.

But he has. His teammates arent making their shot... how simple is that? When you give your teammate a good shot and they miss, what results from that? 0pts 0asts bad transition defesense.
