Kings @ Warriors Game Thread

Injuries are a part of the game and if You are a Kings fan - a rather large part of the game. The margine of error is proportional to the level of talent which caught up with the Kings last night especially in the last 2 minutes. We had more talent not playing than being in uniforem last night (CW, Pedja, Bobby, Mo). That only would lower the margin for error drastically. If You add the way Mobley and Miller played into the equation - You end up with a "L".

The question is - what will be different tonight ? Pedja will sit out. Mo will be back - so it will come to the status of CW. It would be great if he plays because heis knee feels good and not because watching from the sidelines is brutal. Also I am sure that Brad will bounce back. What will Mobley be ablet to give us is also hard to tell because he is not fit either.

Warriors have only one road victory this season (I am aware that this game they play at home). Easy to guess who they beat ? Cliffy not playing will help us because he always plays us well. They are athletc team that will cause us trouble especialy with the fact that they know they can beat us.
On the other hand we are still the Kings and they are Warriors so ...

its pathetic that the Warriors only have one road victory all season whats even more pathetic is that it was against us...thats just not right

and i would actually like to see Chris suit up tonight...in a kings uniform that is...and since Mo is now off the injured list id really like to see Cat on it...it really is ridiculous how we suffer so many freakin injuries...

i have total confidence that Brad will bounce back tonight....

as for Troy Murphy...whats up with him...the other night i saw a Warriors highlight and he was sitting out...i don't know if it was just a "rest" issue for him or not...but it'd be cool to see him sitting out as well...but with no Cliff...who knows

Yes that is what I am saying because it would have meant that Mike and Brad did not have to go trough the foul trouble issue. They would have played more and our chance of winning would inrease - rapidly. RA did not make one sub in the 2nd Half in Minnesota and we won. Any game in which we depend on Bradley & House - we will not win.

the warrirors are just an AWFUL team, but the fact that we are banged up, 2nd night of a B2B worries me. it shouldn't but it does. based on talent alone we *should* beat them, but hey this in the NBA. the best team doesn't always win.

now i hope to be a good luck charm becuase i'm going to the game!!!!!!!! i'll be upper tank, with my mike bibby road jersey on. i have really long hair, so look out for me on TV

im seeing the kings play the celtics (2/13) when they roll through Boston...seats right behind the bench too...woohoo...first time seeing my boys live and in the flesh so im super excited

No Pedja for sure...not sure about Webb. But Webber always play well against Warriors. I heard that Webber have only lost 2 games vs Warriors as a King? That's when Webber is in the lineup.

Mo should be back..so Yay!

I hope the players are more ready for this game than last night's game. First because it's on the road. Second, no Pedja and maybe no Webber. And lastly, I know that Warriors isn't a great team. But since they only won 1 game in Jan and this is the first game in Feb for them, they'll be pump for this game and want a win to start the new month, I'm sure. Especially knowing that they beated the Kings at Arco.

I hope Brad plays much better and Cat is feeling better. They said on the radio last night that if Webber and Pedja wasn't out, Cat would have sat out for last night's game.

I'll get to see this game since I get every Warriors game on TV here.

No excuses for not winning this game. Even if Webb, Peja and Mobley all miss the game the Kings should win. If the Wolves beat the Suns and the Kings win they are only two back in the loss column.

Hope this is true!! One reason Warriors played horrible in January is because they had lots of injuries to Speedy, Troy, Cliff, Najara (lol), and even JRich miss a few. But even with the full roster, still don't think they'll be a playoff team.

But without those 3, Kings SHOULD be able to beat the Warriors! GO KINGS!!!


Oh, and Go Wolves!! (don't you just hate those games where you want both team to lose? )

I don't see the correlation. It seems like the Kings have a habit of playing to the level of their competition, no matter how good or bad that team may be. Obviously I hope we win tonight, and I would love it if it was a blow out, but I don't think that how we play against Golden State has anything to do with how we'll play come playoff time.
