I'm really trying to give Muss a chance, but I am more and more disappointed in him every game. His body language looks terrible out there. He looks like he hasn't got a clue what to do and he looks like he gives up early. That must inspire your players.

Sadly, I agree.:(

I'm tired of the quick fixes myself. Bandaids won't work for us anymore. I just wish that I could still believe that there was a plan in place to make us better over the next few seasons.

I agree. What our team needs is some serious surgery, and not just some crummy plastic surgery such as trying a different shoddy line-up. We need either some coaching changes, some personnel changes, or both.

I agree and that is at least part of why I was not so sure about a trade for AI. Just seems like a desperate quick fix type of move. I ready to just blow up this mess completely and try and get some promising young guys.

wait till Ron figures out how much we suck

Well, if Matt Barnes is going hit a Peja-esque 6 of 9 from three point land, it's going to be a tough night against the GS Warriors...

Man Piksi, I can't wait to read your pre-game post next game... It's about all I have to look forward to anymore.

if coaches roles were reversed...

 I had this question following the first GS game this year and it continues to nag. If Nellie had the Kings and Muss had GS, how do you think the outcome would differ, if any?

I still do not think AI is the answer (pun intended) but what the !@#$ do we do to fix this mess?

We need to start over. There is no fixing to be done. We need to rebuild.

Folks, your ire is endearing, your passion for the Kings is great. But here's my take: We need to shift our whole focus away from trying to win now to doing what is best for our team in the long run. And, I think, the sooner we as fans take that approach, the better. I just hope we get some kind of indication from the management that that is what we are actively doing. We need to relax, and shift our focus to the long term. That will make everything better.

And look, we have an amazing player in Martin. Tonight Martin showed something because this is a team that has seen him before. He showed that he is not going to be figured out so easily. It's one thing when a young player has a string of good games. It's another when they have that string, then have some bad games, then play a team they have played before and he has another good game. His numers tonight were awesome.

this team isn't as bad as they look

for example, if Martin shoots half the 3s that Bibby missed, we probably win.

If I hadn't pretty much thought this before, tonight totally convinced me. There is simply no easy answer to fixing the current mess. I work in housing. Sometimes it just makes far more sense to tear down and build new than to try and salvage. The Kings have reached that point, I believe.
