Franchise player =/= leader

Reality disagrees with you. They don't have to be the ONLY leader, but they have to be A leader. A successful team does not have its top talent with poor attitudes and temper issues. It just doesn't happen, because culture trickles from the top down. The best players and coaches are respected, and veteran leaders (who are usually winners) are respected. Without it, you fail.

What he's supposed to say? That's like when people ask him if he can play in a running system. He obviously can't, but he can't very well say that he can't. The same thing goes with him being the leader. The closest thing we have to a leader is Rondo.
