Ok chill out guys. This is the typical Kings game where they go down big at half time then come back in the second half.

Ah, we'll see. In the Hornets game Brown let them do some of the same things mismatch wise and never responded by attacking the ball or subbing in a player like KZ. If Brown is going to play big with Lyles/Murray then he needs to give Lyles some touches if he has a smaller player on him. The only advantage you'll really have is his post game.

Hornets and Wizards on the 2nd nights of back-to-backs are not what I'd thought would give the Kings trouble

Hopefully we turn it around after the half.

Here's the problems:
1. Malik Monk should ONLY do pick n roll with Sabonis and no one else because everyone else ain't good enough resulting in turnovers.
2. Holmes should get ZERO minutes, period. He doesn't play defense at all. If Brown is hoping to find a lineup that click, Holmes is not it.
3. Terrance Davis is not going to be a good defender EVEN if he try and EVEN if you preach it him, why? Lack intelligence.
4. They should draw more plays up to have Fox attack the basket more, that's his bread and butter. If shots ain't falling, you go back to him.
5. Don't get your hope up on Queta, he maybe just length and nothing else.
6. Murray need to learn to play team defense, not just individual.

I thought we had it one a few minutes into the 1st quarter.

Pretty poor effort but not ruling out a comeback. Make a few shots, get a few turnovers, etc

Brown left Domas on the bench for too long... Kings can’t afford to be blowing home games to the damn Wiz. Brown thought this was prime opportunity to experiment with lineups…except with KZ while Hachimura is torching us. No respect for the opponent and Kings are on their way to another horrible home loss.

A lot of size on the perimeter. The Hornets have more actual wings but this is a big team and yes, this is going to be a problem for this squad, clearly. Some nights playing those 3 guards really won't be an option for Brown.

I can see why Brown is pulling Murray the side on some misteps on the help D, but the real issue is having ANYONE come over off the corner 3 to help down when the breakdown defensively is almost always the result of a soft double or rotation when there should be one to begin with. The only real success the team has had on doubling is via the trap.

They are eating Browns lunch here. More soft doubling on pick and roll leaving both sides of the floor wide open? Well, better hope they miss everything lol.

Boo birds out but it looks like half the arena figured there was better things to do.

shameful performance

I am shocked at this double team stuff. Your breakdown is there coach. WTF? Oh man, this is starting to remind me of the Joerger season when they started off hot and teams started pick at the warts in his gameplan.
