It’s becoming increasingly more obvious that with out Domas on the floor we are a slightly below average team. We really need to hope Domas stays healthy or at least find a solution to when he’s not on the floor. He can’t play 40 minutes a night
For sure, but one thing is pretty clear, the Kings have trouble with these bigger and more physical wing teams. That 3 G lineup was way outmatched like the Hornets game and the slide started from there on.
Man, a zone? really? No, switch into pressure, they are giving you the only option you ever have coach. This sagging double off pick and roll is a joke.
It's another game where the ball pressure has taken a backseat. The only way to survive when they let teams get everything they want either on mismatches or pick and roll is the Kings have to be firing on all cylinders offensively. Tonight was a disaster in almost every way. It's also the first time we saw Brown really commit to letting his bench guys fight through but unfortunately for him he had 3 guards getting pounded first, then attempted to go big with Lyles/Murray where Lyles was having to cover G's. Just a huge cascading mistake and it might have already cost them the game.
