It may be just me, but even when IT has 6 assist, and 2 rather spectacular fast brakes, he seams to me more of a second guard than a PG.

Except at 6'6" Vasquez sees the entire court very well to pick his spots - turning into 9 APG last season.

I really like Ray too. He always seems so composed even when being pressured by someone with the skill of Tony Douglas. Such a night and day difference when you compare a rookie Jimmer to a rookie McCallum.

He is a better decision maker; sometimes I get the feeling IT doesn't know whether to pass or shoot and that's why he ends up doing the jumping up, hanging in the air, and look to pass in a desperate situation, which results in a turnover a significant portion of the time

Ben already looks better with these players instead of trying to do to much with the Summer team. Ray and Ben play better defense than IT and MT......but in all fairness, IT and MT were guarding Curry and Klay.

Sitting in for a bit with W's broadcast team Jerry Reynolds said he expects to see IT and Vasquez together in Kings backcourt at times this season depending on matchups.

I can see that happening, but just for short periods of time, as I think we would suffer defensively

Probably where he belongs on the bench. If Ben is the shooter we all think he is, his size jumps him right over the top of Jimmer in most scenarios.

I think Ben is loving playing with guys who draw most of the attention. He is getting such good looks. A lot of it is due to his wonderful off-ball movement.
