Since I will not be able to watch until tomorrow, how does the team look? The bench, led by Monk, took the lead, then the starters gave it back, just like the first game.
I still think this is a team with enough defensive ability, but the system is just all over the place. If you are going to switch don't help. I like the pressure but pressure doesn't matter if you are helping down off of it because all it takes is one swing pass and you're toast from the corner.
Doc said it best, felt like we were up 12 when it was only 4 or 5. You can live with missed shots but a string of really bad possessions they’re on offense. A few miscommunications and some sloppy exchanges on DHOs.
Kings aren't defending any differently than the last Playoff series versus them. Having CP3 is like having another Dray in terms of just reading and reacting instantly
They need to calm down in the half court. Defense is bad. We’re very lucky they missed a bunch of wide open 3s. How does that happen? No one should be left wide open

First guess is Huerter is going to start the 3rd but it's going to be a really quick switch if he doesn't respond to his first half benching. That might mean Colby has a shot indeed.
Kings are actually +10 in points off turnovers despite the Warriors turning it over less. I was sure I was going to look at the stats and see Kings live ball turnovers(7 Warriors steals) was the reason they were down but it’s mostly just been an evenly matched game and the difference is a three pointer at the end of the half.
Kings did get sloppy playing with a decent sized lead though. That was disappointing.
Davion is a dog on defense but a lot of great defensive point guards found themselves out of the league for not contributing offensively. Tony Douglas comes to mind.
and Huerter is struggling.
More Sasha please. He’s a bucket.
and one of these days, that tough on ball defense by Duarte will result in some misses.

Mitchell is trying to do too much. He's got to stick to his role and minimize mistakes. You don't want to be close to the Warriors at the end of the game because of Curry. Kings had a good lead and then blew it.
