Kings vs The Thundersonics 1/25/13, 7 PM

whats very sad about this team, is that Travis Outlaw has been playing better than everyone not named DeMarcus, Tyreke, T-Rob, JJ

You know what the funny thing is? I'm not sure if we've thrown in the towel and this is garbagetime or if we're just playing our usual second unit.

Youre right coach! 6 minutes left its definitely the right time for cousins to come back in. Make sure not to forget tyreke at 2. Their young 23 and 22 year old legs cant take the intensity.

I think it just speaks volumes that up 21 in the 4th quarter the Thunder still have Kevin Durant in the game.

based on our rotations, you would think we have the oldest team in the NBA that the coach is trying to keep fresh for the playoffs. Clown

"Rick, the Maloofs think Keith Smart can do as good a job leading the Kings as you once did. What are your thoughts on Keith Smart's coaching philosophy and can you explain the success he's had?"

things are about to get dark for this team, we could lose every game on this road trip that would put us on a 9 game skid. It wouldn't suprise me to see another Cousins blow up on the horizon tbh.

You could maybe accept it if the players' conditioning was a problem, but Keith Smart and the whole coaching staff was heaping praise on their offseason program, how guys all came into camp in shape, and they even trained in Colorado for conditioning purposes. So ... you have fit, young guys ... Not sure how fatigue should ever be an issue in normal games (other than back to backs and stuff)

On another note, good to see K Mart finding a perfect fit with the Thunder. I always said he was a perfect 3rd option scorer.

Wish Evans would try to dunk the ball more often in such situations. If there's contact you're more likely to get a call, as opposed to missing a layup and letting the other team break out the other way

Jimmer benefits a lot from having a big guard out there with him.

He clearly plays better when he is with Tyreke, similar to how Twill played well with him last season.

TWill and Reke are the only guards we've had the past couple years who can break down their man, draw defenders and look to hit the open man. WB does the same thing but the difference is OKC uses it to their advantage.

Well, if Salmons played guard he could do it too.
Problem is, the team has 2 small guards better than Jimmer, and added a vet who was once better as well.

Once IT established himself, and with Reke/Salmons/Garcia around, you would think with a lotto pick in Jimmer the team is set as far as guards are concerned unless a real upgrade became available. Brooks was not that.
