Smart took Reke's aggression away this game. Reke came out aggressive, then got benched until 2 min mark, them mostly stuck in the corner while Salmons ran the point, then in the 3rd we saw IT not pass to Reke a single time, not once, and Reke get one touch until IT picked up his 5th. His coached showed he didn't even have the confidence in him to guard WB while IT was getting abused, repeatedly. Imagine being Reke, seeing WB and company attacking IT relentlessly, and your coach is so stubborn he won't switch you over until IT gets his 5th. I'd literally being saying, F this guy.

i think Smart has lost this team. nobody on the team likes playing for him. if it wasnt for the Maloofs and this whole sale situation putting a standstill on everything, he would be gone

That's where Reke needs to take it to the coach and just switch himself onto Westbrook. Problem with Reke being such a passive guy is that stupid coaches become his downfall.

Well, privately I'm sure he is. Sad thing is that, he'll be saying it publicly when it's time to make a long-term decision.
You know what our problem is? We only have one offensive option every time down the floor. On that last possession MT was being defended like crazy, there was NO chance he would be able to score, or would have to go 1 on 1 at very best. Once the defense takes away our initial option guys just stand around and are lost. That's a sign of poor coaching

Well, this team beats itself. The only effect of the other team is the manner in which it occurs.
Barring a change in personnel/ Smart's coaching strategy, I honestly believe Washington will finish the season with a better record than us.
