Well, teams had started to scheme for him. Luke only putting him out to slot for the corner 3 and maybe some freelance sets. Nothing concrete. Any rookie will get into slumps.
High middle. It's the same story, send him into the middle and flatten out the defense. If they want to double him he'll have options off the ball or over the top. They should really look back into the Doug Christie vault. Adelman used his size to a major advantage up top. They can do the same things for Haliburton.
Maybe we should start funneling the ballhandlers to the basket and giving them the layup so they'll stop shooting threes? At least then we'd only be giving up two points each trip down the floor.

I’d feel better about the Kings sucking on defense of it were a Nellieball style get the ball back as fast as possible thing but the sad thing is that Luke is trying to have us play defense.
