Vlade is and forever will be awesome as a human being? Also, because in the end, Vlade was the one that brought the player they're building around to the team in the first place.

I’ve noticed that several times too. Keegan with the great curl to Queta and then… nothing. Just throws the ball right over him. Seems like a weird oversight.
