[Game] Kings versus Rockets 12/19/10 Game Thread

I'm going to be busy tomorrow so barring a miracle, I won't be able to write up the usual post before the game. In fact, there will certainly be several games in the next couple of weeks that I won't be able to cover. SO unless the great Piksi returns, someone else will have to step up, climb the ladder of justice, and seize the opportunity to be bitter cynical and talk about how crappy Carl Landry is. If a post isn't up by the day of the game, assume that I can't write it.

Reke isn't going to do very well in this one unless he is making his jumpshot. He is going to have Battier for most of the game and we saw how he shut him down last year. Martin will most likely go off on us just because. We need a big game from Carl and I hope Big Cuz is playing in this one, otherwise, this isn't going to be very watchable.

Well Brooks will be back for the rockets and Jason Thompson will be out with stitches to his finger. Also Cousins is questionable with a sore ankle and wrist.

I didn't realize how much of a Cousins fan I was until i realized that if he doesn't play, I hardly want to watch. He's been about the only consistently exciting player on The Kings this year

Haha, what's funny is I feel the exact same way. Last year, I watched mostly because Tyreke. This year, I want to see how Cousins develops and when he doesn't play, I really don't know what to hope for other than Reke having a 7-25 shooting game with a couple of TO's and disappearing in the second half or something like that.

Hey, it might be harsh but those are the types of numbers and shots hes been putting up. Not with much officiency, I don't care for that though. I just want to see him be aggressive that's all.

Why does it seem like a lot of our players just don't know how to play disciplined, fundamental basketball? We have some of the most stupidest turnovers, and they are unforced too.
