I don't know where CWebb got his 10th shot attempt...last play he had the ball stripped before he tried to shoot, but whichever...

I think Peja's been on the floor for the last 5 or 6 minutes, but I hadn't heard his name called at all by the radio guys until he just hit that technical foul shot...what's going on with the Kings' offense (for those of you watching it on t.v.)?

Nope...that's a slow update. Its 10 in 13 min. Still a lot, but really, there was only one force in there. Good looks. Just hasn't been hitting them.

Good defense by Peja on last play against TMac

Sac with a lead at halftime for the first time this season

Shooting 33% at the half, but outrebounding Rockets 30 to 27.

Only 7 assists at halftime on 14 made baskets.

You know, I'm pretty damn happy with that half really. If we could jsut hit a shot we'd be blowing them out. Effort, cohesiveness though are much much better.

Never thought I would say this but Pedja is actually playing better defense than offense in the first HT. Mike is great tonight.
Our passing game - nonexistent.
We used to play very attractive BB. Now it is very very ugly.

The Kings are doing every thing right, except making shots and that is one thing I don't sweat. Good job on theboards... Miller has been exploitng Yao, and our gaurds (2 of 3 any way) are making life tough for Houstons little guys. And honeslty if you are not looking at the box socre for Pedja he looks good. Moving freely wiht out the ball, geting open, sticking with his man, he has as steal, and rebound AND he has forced JJ to either pass out or take some bad shots consequently JJ ha 0 points.

I was just surprised at how little I heard Peja's name called on the radio in the first half. I didn't even know he was on the floor for a stretch there in the second quarter until the last minute or so, and that seems troubling to me. Peja should be much more involved in the offensive sets, I would think.

Still, a lead at half for the first time this season is nothing to complain about at this point. Hopefully they can keep it going in the second half.

With the second half starting, I've heard the radio guys call a CWebb mishandle at least four times tonight...what's up with his hands.

CWebb misses a jumper (wonder if making that first jumper may turn out to be a bad thing for the Kings' offensive flow).
