Hey, @VF21, somebody's coming for your purple slippers.
this has nothing to do with metaphorical glasses that measure the level of optimistic outlook, or those that color the said outlook with homerish tint. this was just a suggestion that if the assembled players took after their assembler as far as tipping is concerned, they should take after him in other aspects of the game. no comment was made about the outcome of that game or the perceived view of that outcome.

Everybody was having "gallows humor"-type fun about the game, and relating it to something that happened to the Kings, eighteen years ago. You're the only person who felt the need to take it to the "But stats, tho" level, in defense of your boy.
