Honestly ATL was missing some wide open looks. We sag off so much on perimeter shooters.
Start winning a few games, and everybody starts coming out of the woodwork...Geez, a Variant sighting
The Kings missed a lot of wide open shots as well, not to mention quite a few right at the basket.
Always lots of heavy breathing at the George Karl post game interview.
Cauley-Stein gets 29+ minutes in back to back games and our opponents score 93 & 88.
Coincidence?
Karl sounds like he's having trouble breathing in the post-game.

His vocal chords were zapped in radiation therapy and I think he is moistening them up. He isn't very inspirational talking like that, is he?
I would say never, The Sacramento Kings have never had a player like Willie Cauley Stein, and actually in the history of the league there are very few bigs with his type of attributes.WCS is really a difference maker. For this team at least, the threat of the lob, offensive rebounds, being able to guard the perimeter in the switch and be effective, help defense. It's just like a lot of those holes in this team have magically been filled with him on the court. I can't remember the last time this team has had a player who just brings things to the table and doesn't take anything away
Ugh.

Really hope he can sustain it. I'm sure having Rondo here helps.
Now, if Marco can just find his lost mojo....We might actually have a SG rotation.
When Cousins, Gay and Cauley-Stein are playing like they did last night, I'm reminded of what Chicago tried to build around Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler and Luol Deng. We have better versions of all those guys, though, so we may actually get it right.Just think. That statement can actually apply to TWO Kings. We are blessed.
I only got to watch the first half, and most of the 4th...but it didn't seem that the Hawks announcers had much good to say about our guys. Especially Dominique, who seemed to just be a not very well informed Kings hater... Oooooor I could just be a homer.
