Always lots of heavy breathing at the George Karl post game interview.
It's kinda scary. His thoughts seem disjointed and if you try and transcribe his comments (which I did a couple of times) his train of thought seems to leave the track way too often.

WCS is really a difference maker. For this team at least, the threat of the lob, offensive rebounds, being able to guard the perimeter in the switch and be effective, help defense. It's just like a lot of those holes in this team have magically been filled with him on the court. I can't remember the last time this team has had a player who just brings things to the table and doesn't take anything away
I would say never, The Sacramento Kings have never had a player like Willie Cauley Stein, and actually in the history of the league there are very few bigs with his type of attributes.

Really hope he can sustain it. I'm sure having Rondo here helps.

Now, if Marco can just find his lost mojo....We might actually have a SG rotation.
Yeah, Marco has been the biggest disappointment of the season for me. This guy has shot 39% or better from deep 4 different seasons and he's currently watching noted marksmen Rajon Rondo and DeMarcus Cousins out shoot him. That's unacceptable. But more than that, the kinds of shots he's taking -- off-balance pull-ups after dribbling around for 10 seconds -- will get you booed out of a pickup game. I don't think he forgot how to shoot, he's just taking shots that the greatest players of all time would struggle to convert consistently. He could still be an effective player if he'd knock off the street-ball, take the open jumper when it's there, and swing the ball when it's not.

I know he knows better, he played for Greg Popovich for 2 years after all. There's a lot of ugly tape out there from this season that somebody needs to bring to his attention to get him straightened out.

We just beat the Atlanta Hawks without Rudy!!!!

We shot only 36% from the field and still won. Wow. Really good to see Ben step up BIG time even though he missed his shots. Rondo came out with a huge triple double..much needed in order to win this game. Cuz was a bit iffy today, but he didn't let that stop him from winning this game! Casspi was amazing on defense...holy hell.

WCS was the best King tonight imo. His defensive impact and hustle was incredible. I also think he might've tipped the inbounds pass...it looked a bit off. Rookie proving a lot wrong!!!

Just think. That statement can actually apply to TWO Kings. We are blessed.
When Cousins, Gay and Cauley-Stein are playing like they did last night, I'm reminded of what Chicago tried to build around Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler and Luol Deng. We have better versions of all those guys, though, so we may actually get it right.

I only got to watch the first half, and most of the 4th...but it didn't seem that the Hawks announcers had much good to say about our guys. Especially Dominique, who seemed to just be a not very well informed Kings hater... Oooooor I could just be a homer.

I think he is so used to watching horrid Kings performances vs Atlanta that it the thought of a Kings team outplaying the Hawks was not possible. This is surely the best game Cousins has ever played vs the Hawks.
