Huge missed call by the ref there. He had a bad angle on it.

Willie is not only a human fly swatter but he seems to understand his role.Cauley-Stein gets 29+ minutes in back to back games and our opponents score 93 & 88.
Coincidence?
I just watched the clip where Cuz got the tech....got it for looking at the ref......come on man.

Didn't say anything from the angle I watched but had a smirk on his face......but whatever, I have no problem with him standing up for himself in this game.He was mouthing off with a smirk on his face. He wasn't yelling and being boisterous, but you could tell he was "throwing some shade" as the kids would say.
We won a game with defense. 91 pts and we won. Seems odd.
9-6....hmmm...why is 9-6 so familiar....hmmmIf we win our next game, this will be the first time in George Karl's tenure with us that he's gone 9-6 through a stretch of games.
Thank you Vlade for picking WCS....thank you George for trusting him now.
I doubt it.Maybe they start a trend here..or maybe not

Honestly ATL was missing some wide open looks. We sag off so much on perimeter shooters. We won a game with defense. 91 pts and we won. Seems odd.

I'm liking what I see in Ben Mclemore the past two games . He's showing a new fire and competitiveness in him we haven't seen before . Maybe Demarcus and Rondo is rubbing off on him

This might be a good time to point out that Ben hasn't taken a game off yet in his NBA career -- 205/205 games played. If nothing else, he's been putting in work. I think a taste of winning basketball has done wonders for him. Get in the playoff hunt, pull out some tough wins and you start to believe in yourself a little more. He's had games here and there throughout his career where he had an impact but he had a swagger today that I haven't seen from him before. Those two chase down plays in a row told me he came to win. I love to see that!
Which is my point. It was less about the team's defense and more about teams just not executing and taking advantage of their opportunities. Both teams couldn't make a basket in the last 4-5 mins of the 4th.
