There are some who think as he is 1/3 the way through his second year, he should be a dominant force of some kind. I admit I am not happy with him but he's the kind of guy that we would trade away and he would come back as a beast.

I tend to agree with you. I'd like to see him get a little more play. My best guess is he's just not showing enough in practice yet to warrant it.

I feel like Casspi would be much more productive if we just gave him less responsibilities on offense: he's a decent rebounder, he sets good screens, he moves well without the ball, he's a pretty good finisher... just don't let him handle and pass so much.
