On the KT note.. Why the hell is he getting playing time? 3 fouls and a steal in 8 minutes.. nice KT heh.
 
As far as preseason games go, it could have been much worse. I did enjoy the kids. They have good energy. If nothing else, this season will be much more exciting than the last. I can't wait for the real games to begin!

I hope the second half does not disappoint.
 
Kenny Thomas is getting playing time because it's pre-season, he's been working hard in practice and we're paying him a boatload of money. If he can possibly be of service off the bench for short periods, it's just another tool for Reggie to use. If he doesn't work out, he goes back to being invisible.

Well said. I was happy to see the young players get some playing time and do pretty well so far. I wish we could fast forward to the beginning of the regular season as well.
 
The kids are fun to watch. I like seeing Bobby out there. The uniforms look great I think. Definitely a more bluish-purple, at least on TV. Hawes has got to learn how to not foul so much or he won't be on the floor much.

(Oden is a beast.)

I wish I had cable......sadly my dad doesnt want it so I'm stuck listening to the radio or waiting for the games that come on news10.

way I see it the 82 regular season games will be about 30 too many anyways.

I stopped watching preseason after DC punched Fox. I figured - I would never get better than that. I turned it on for a sec tonight - saw "stone hands" turn it over and I switched the channel. I am not ready for it yet. I just hope that no one gets hurt during camp and stupid games wher guys are fighting for the 10-15 roster spot.
 
I know its the first preseason game, but Garcia is playing very well, and rebounding suprisingly well. I still have hopes that he will be our new starting SF and not
Mr. Salmons... I just think garcia brings more to the table..

Are you OK? I think of myself as a negative person, and I don't have anything on you in that regard. I don't think in your 16k posts that you have ever said anything positive. You have too many posts to be a troll parading as a Kings fan. So I ask again.. You OK man? You need my to pick you up a Pepsi or something? Maybe a candy bar to get some sugar in you?

ya know, i was using rabbit ears and caught a couple games last year.
i thought the tv was making Reggie's suit look funny...nope...it's the suit...
 
Hawes is taking some awful shots...And he cant even finish the good ones.

I dont really like Williams or Salmons.



I hope there's some good prospects in 09 cause I think we're getting a high draft pick. I know its just preseason but our frontcourt is terrible. (Although JT and Greene did show a bit).
 
piksi - You aren't negative??? Sorry, sir, but you are the namesake behind piksimism, the theory of being able to find something negative in any situation. At least that's the general perception. You're the guy who sees the glass not only half-empty, but chipped and capable of cutting your lip and causing blood poisoning.

But, having said all that, you are an acquired taste I'm glad to have.

HELLO RICKY RUBIO! haha, but really, this is sad. Whatever though, glad i got rid of my season tickets a long time ago.
 
Preceptions are deceiving and dangerous but I do not have any problem with Your description of my identity on this forum. You are spot on with that. Having high standards generally leans You in such direction. I got to be me.
 
I was really excited the first half, we looked pretty solid.

I'm not really sure what happened to us in the 2nd half.

Well, I'm liking Thompson's hussle. His shots arnt falling, but I can see the potential.

Greene though...sigh...4 of his 5 shots have been from beyond 3. And he's made...1 of them. Chucker.
 
i cant watch the game, i live in los angeles so im watching the laker game..... do the kings suck or are the blazers that good? granted martin and miller arent playing but damn.... salmons and hawes are sucking....
