Sadly it has not improved since the last posting.

For #8 seed: Need 24-14 (.632)

For #7 seed: Need 28-10 (.737)

For #6 seed: Need 31-7 (.816)

For #5 seed: Need 33-5 (.868)

To put it into perspective, for the rest of the season we have to be as good as Phoenix has been all year (63%), or better than The Clippers (61%), Miami (60%), and Cleveland (59%).

A team like that would scare whomever we faced in the first round. Do we have that kind of a team?

I believe we may have that kind of team. If we gel.

We just have to get on a roll, win 4 in a row. Maybe lose one. Then win 4-5 in a row, and we are right back in the hunt. Its much easier when you look at it that way.

Not much more time for discussions like this if things don't pick up soon.

When was the last time the Kings were eliminated from making the playoffs before the All-Star break?

This all looks much less impossible with each win. Hopefully they just look at it a game at a time.

needs a miracle for #8

everything else - won't happen
my thoughts exactly...but hey, with Bonzi coming back to hopefully mesh with Ron and bring the new tough attitude with him...we could at least make things interesting. I still dont think Geoff is done trading, for some reason.
