[Game] Kings @ Spurs, 2/1/14, 5:30 PST, 8:30 EST

Of course. Parker has had his moments, but Thomas has been able to keep with him on most possessions. There are times where he breaks loose cause the Spurs set a million screens and they are always moving. It could have been a lot worse.
Problem as I see it is he has good and bad games defensively, good and bad games offensively, but rarely a good game on both ends. Far too inconsistent. It's usually a decent defensive game and poor offensive execution, or decent to good offensive execution and poor defense. Or not all that great on either end.

It's the definition of inconsistency, and it's damn hard to be successful in this league with an inconsistent floor general running your team of that nature.

I'm really not looking to get into another IT thing with everyone, but MT is 3-11. Gray can't score. JT is doing as much as JT can. He has 21 points Gay has 22. They are the only two players who can consistently score on this roster right now.

Looking at the comments here you'd think he's having a horrible game, which is nothing new. Thomas is playing better tonight than he has since Cousins went out.

IT dribbled past every King so there can't be any complaint that he doesn't understand team basketball.

Why even shoot that 3? Momentum is going so good, we are passing it, even when we get blocked or miss open dunks and then a forced 3? Come on...

Grant, shut up. Cease talking. IT is in a groove so he gets to stay in? What about everyone else who has been in a groove but still goes out for a breather?

I am quickly losing all ability to be rational when it comes to Isaiah Thomas, and a great deal of the blame goes to bleeping Grant Napear and Jerry Reynolds. If they would give it a freaking rest once in a while, it wouldn't be such a problem.

Oh, "Sacramento with a careless mistake"...

IT WAS ISAIAH, YOU MORON!!!!!

Gay is 9-13 and IT is 9-20. Who should be shooting more?

lol I don't get how Grant and Jerry can compliment IT for keeping the dribble alive when he was the one who dribbled into traffic circling around not passing it..

Pace yourself, there's still a lot of time before deadline.;)

Believe me when I say this - switch to other team announcers if possible. It's better for our health.

Let's go, Ray! Light it up. If you get into a groove, coach won't be able to take you out. Grant and Jerry as much as said so.

I suppose it depends on how you quantify a "good game." If you only look at the points scored, like you have him in a five-cat league, or something, then sure, "21 points! He must be doing well!" When you realize that he's scored those twenty-one points, largely at the expense of his teammates, that it's taken him twenty-two shots to score those twenty-one points, that he's not doing a good job of finding his teammates, or getting them easy baskets, and that his defense hasn't really been that good, either... well, it tends to look a little less awesome.

See, I would agree with you on a certain level, but the Kings are playing well tonight as it is.

The Kings have a miracle on their hands with how Gay is playing. I'm not going to force it to him right now while he's being this efficient because of his history with forced shots and bad shooting percentages. Can we give him the ball more? sure, but I am comfortable with where his shots are at because his FG% is fantastic.

Plus saying Gay has 13 shots is deceiving. He'd been to the line 5 times which indicates him handling the ball more than 13 shots would suggest.
