Peja is unstoppable right now. This is a big game so the fact he has come out aggressive shows me something. No he has to carry it over to the 2nd half, If he disapears it will be hard to win.

dont jinx

nice hustle from mike on that last play, peja looks good, 9-10 shooting!!!

but we are officially done, barfley picked us to win, so it's over.

eff you sir charles. may you choke on your next cheesburger.

Well rebounds and making free throws may be crucial. I feel bad for Brad, obviously still not much lift (yes, it is noticeable ;) ) I hope they come out strong in the 3rd and keep it up. I must say, they've showed fight and composure so far. Please keep it up. (We need a praying smilie. :) )

glimmers of hope but down by 7 at the half is NOT good.

Being down by 7 would be bad, but luckily we're only down three.

Our best defensive rebounder is when the ball bounces up over the top of the backboard.
This post is so true^. How many times this year have you just been holding your breath hoping the ball would bounce up there...

first five minutes of 3q will be critical.....if we survive that with -3 or -5 we have good chances to win this game

^^ yeah. why the heck would charles pick us? aaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

well, peja 22 pts on 9/10 shooting is AMAZING! it's unfair to ask him to "keep it up" cause 9/10 is just riiculous. i hope he just has an impact in the 2nd half and play hard for the full 48. that's all i ask. he's doing a great job so far :)

mike has been aggressive, too. i thought he shot worse than 7/13, so i'm kinda shocked when i saw that, but happy.

they're playing hard. that is all i ask.

go kings!

I can't figure out which is a crueler fate...

1) the good ole days where we would have a shot to win a HUGE game if we could get a rebound only to watch the other team get a big offensive rebound and we have to foul...

OR

2) the new Kings that get beaten so badly on the glass (and all other facets of the game) that they aren't even in the game in the last minute of a playoff game...

Hopefully that pattern ends today... Kings in 7

2nd half we MUST see some defense played. cannot allow seattle (or allen) to get hot or accumalate a big lead. peja has to stay hot. mike looks good out there tonight

I'm really scared that Allen (who has been dormant the first half) will erupt on us just like he did sunday. We have got to have some defense- send someone other than Rashard Lewis to the line for once- or better yet, just hustle and block shots so there's no need to foul.

Keys to the 2nd half:

1. Most importantly we need to force up some bad shots and start getting some rebounds (actually may require some boxing out)!

2. Peja has to stay hot. He needs to be given the ball and has to demand it. No running away, no disappearing act.

3. We need either Mobley, Miller, or Thomas to step it up. Mobley and Miller each have 6, Thomas has 4. Obviously they're all capable of so much more, we need them to produce

4. Limit careless turnovers

5. Make free throws.

Having MO on him might deter that a LITTLE :). With Mobley in, well.....

#2 is so important. Winning a playoff game on the road requires a big performance from your stars (See Ray Allen- game 4). We need you Peja. I want to see Miller set an off ball screen for him on the first possession to either get him an open layup or jumper. Keep the confidence rolling
