he looked lifeless more often than not back then as well. didn't rebound and only showed "flashes" every now and then
i just dont see him in the league much longer

If Joerger pressured Vlade to acquire Z-Bong, and I think he may have, the responsibility to give a washed stoner 24M still falls on Vlade. Vlade is paid to be the ultimate decision maker regards to personnel, and if he caved to the demands of his coach, that burden is still his to bear.
24M to a 36 year old with NO defense and 51% TS is incredulous to me. Bad defense and bad offense. All 24 million guaranteed. That is hitting the lottery, my friends. And that will buy Z-Bong some primo herb! Better buy a new backpack!

Here's my opinion of a way to make some sense of this. As a coaching staff they need to dictate who they are going to play through. Every team needs a focal point offensively. 2 or 3 players that will lead you in FG attempts per game and who are the players you run sets for. I'll tell you why all of a sudden players like Hill aren't doing anything and it's a team wide thing I'm noticing. Almost every time a player has the ball in their hands they are looking side to side. I watched Hill in particular on one play get into the paint off a pick and his eyes never once looked towards the rim. He looked to his left and then his right. Very unselfish and passing as a team is good but it's becoming a detriment because rarely are players in attack mode. Buddy has been doing the same thing since the start of the year as well.
Joerger is trash. I could tell he has a petty annoyance with DFox for most likely not treating Joerger like some legacy coach who Fox is begging to learn from
