[Game] Kings @ Pacers GAME THREAD 3/25/11

I thought it is was a prolonged pee stop with a guy with a very swollen prostate. Your explanation sounds better.

Yep, and now we're angry about the bogus no-call on Granger that led to the Garcia T. Garcia's T was earned, but the no-call on the Granger hack was inexcusable. Refs apparently trying to make this one close.

Oh, my dearie, my dearie. What are they doing. Do they think they are good?

Did I really write that?

Grant says the officials missed that call on Granger being out of bounds. I think "missed it" implies too much accident. We're getting the job right now.

Does anyone else wish Westphal would call timeouts earlier? Like when the lead was cut to about 15 I think we should have called timeout. At least get the guys together, say "the calls aren't going our way, let's play harder" or something

The offical was standing right to them. That used to be called a force out. Might have been worth the technical especially with a followup explanation from Cisco as to what his beef wwas. Officials review these games, don't they?

Does Thornton look like Rock-lite?

Next thing the refs are going to rule that that free throw by Evans was no good because they didn't actually see it go through the rim.

I think the Pacers may have just set the record for most missed threes in a minute of clock time - it was at least 5.

Too bad it took almost 70 games for Westy to realize Donte can have this kind of effect on a game.

I'd like to discuss Donte later. I have mixed feelings but I have hope. The guy's natural gifts are immense. It's his desire and focus I question. Maybe he could drain off a little of whatever Cuz has. It would benefit both.

Cuz draws a lot of charges. The rule has relaxed since about a decade ago and he can shift laterally very quickly. Just another talent for the big guy.

Let's see, Cuz has 18 points and 13 rbds but only 4 assists. Effin' slacker. 3 TOs and fouls may be the more important stats.

Dally is a slacker also. 16 pts and 10 rbd. I presume these two can be stopped when they are on the court together but how?

Garcia knows he is expendable with his 5 fouls and draws a charge. I respect that. It's a team play.

I don't care if the Kings are up by 16 points. Why the hell is Thornton handling the ball? That's like 3 turnovers in a row. Give the damn ball to Beno.
