That's partly on Brown though. He's used Keegan as a system guy and now that the system is starting to falter the last couple of games he's not really getting the ball to him outside of it. Not to say it would matter much but it's time, if Monte can't nab that 3rd guy long term, someone has to step up and become that and that's largely on Brown to give them the opportunity.
