This is a terrible Kings team.

It shouldn't be, but it is.

And making the best center in the league attack from beyond the three point line, having a team led by Cousins, Gay and Rondo attempt to outpace other squads, switching everything and giving up easy mismatches, not closing out on three poinr shooters and odd substitution and minutes patterns are all coaching flaws.

I am so agitated watching this Karl led team. I don't want to canonize Mike Malone but dammit, at least the team played hard under him.

Unfortunately I think the issues are multi layered. Shortcomings aside, it is inexcusable this team is not at least .500.

On the plus side, replacing the coach is generally the easiest thing to do. I would be shocked to see George Karl on the bench to start the season next year.

I totally agree. I have come to the conclusion, however, that the head coach is the head of the snake, so to speak. He's virtually incoherent during interviews, he looked like he was on tranquilizers during the pre-game and I think he just doesn't comprehend what's going on. Yes, he's gonna be in the HoF but it's not gonna be for how he's (mis)handled the Kings.
