[Game] Kings @ Nets - 2/5/16 - 4:30 PT, 7:30 ET

This team is just never going to guard the three point line, are they? Infuriating...

Part of me thinks that would be funny. The other part of me thinks that would do NOTHING to improve either of their public images.

Damn it. Can't we just have ONE freaking game where it's just about good basketball being played by highly paid professionals and not have some crap to worry about?

Oh, I don't think it's anything to worry about. My read was that it was a fun reprectful pregame ritual type thing.

Grant saying "This is a <TEAMNAME> team that averages <LOW POINTS PER GAME> and already has <ALOT OF POINTS>" has become fairly standard at this point in the first quarter.

Apparenrly if we're gonna stop someone from shooting threes, we're gonna have to bring out the big guns...

Meanwhile... so far the tally is 6 3pt attempts and no free throw attempts.

Fast pace = more possessions.
More possessions = more chances for other team to score (worse for a bad defense).
Therefore, faster pace = losing strategy.

They are so lucky (or maybe not) that I'm not Vlade. I'd fire George Karl during a time out in front of everybody, and make sure Corliss (whom I would appoint to finish the game) understands if things don't improve by the end of the half, he might be next.

I simply cannot tolerate this any longer. And yes, despite what anyone says, I FREAKING BLAME GEORGE KARL.

Me thinks VF is mad:)

How many times has our defender backed away to leave the shooter open? At this point I would cheer a player who fouled a three pt. shooter.
