Kings Jersey Color Question ???

Hello guys,

I see on NBA.com that they have a Swingman away jersey that looks like this...

while the Swingman on Sacramentoteamstore.com looks like this ....

MY QUESTION is ... is there anyone here that actually has the jersey and can tell me which shade of purple is it closer to? The 2 jerseys almost looks like different colors. I like the first one but the second one seems too purple to me at least. thanks for any help.

Sacramentoteamstore is not using a professional setup to capture their images creating a different quality in their images. This could be because they lack the proper resources of a professional photographer or a smart graphic designer.



edit: Sorry if I'm offending anyone who works at that website, but your photographer used either used a standard camera's flash or someone went overboard with the dodge tool.

Its the top one.

I was scared too when I saw the pciture of the bottom one initially -- I hate that wimpy lavender purple. But we're seen them in several preseason games now, and its much closer to the top pic (the one from NBA.com).

How do you guys compare the away jersey to the at home one? If I had the extra cash I would want 1 home and 1 away. But cash is tight right now so its a tough choice for me.

The home jersey white looks better to me but the "sacramento" logo on the front seem cramped, too many letters in the front if you will.

I completely agree with the "too many letters". I always think that when I look at it. Almost cheesy, and I love my city!

I rather like the new purple jerseys.

I purchased the AWAY jersey ($79) from www.nbastore.com & the HOME jersey ($89) from www.sacramentoteamstore.com.

Not sure about now, but @ the time (aprox. 2 WKS ago), www.nbastore.com only had the Adidas Swingman Martin AWAY jersey, & www.sacramentoteamstore.com only had the Adidas Swingman Martin HOME jersey.

Yes, both Adidas Swingman jerseys are +2. I'm returning the HOME jersey this afternoon actually; it's huge! (XXL). I ordered the AWAY in an 'XL', nice fit; that's a keeper.
The Adidas Swingman XL fits like the Nike Swingman XXL jerseys used to fit (length/width); but the Adidas XXL is WAY 2 big/wide IMO.
