God I wish I was 6'10'' 250lb. I don't understand why guys never learn how to use their lower body. JT can't guard smaller forwards like Milsap or Beasley, and he can't guard taller guys like Jermaine O'neal or Gasol. Put Brockman's head on JT's body and you get a beast.

Yeah, it's apparent he needs to come off the bench in limited minutes. Starting him isn't helping him one bit, because he worries about leaving the first half early because of fouls, so his head isn't right before the tip even goes up. If he knows he's coming off the bench and playing a reserve role, there's less pressure and he may respond.
