Also, I don't know how much editing had to do with this video...but it felt like Vivek had alot of sway with this pick. Not sure how I feel about it really. I like the pick, just not Vivek being that type of owner.

Mark Cuban is "that type of owner" and it seems to be working fairly well for him, for the most part.

I don't see Vivek dictating it feels more like to me there isn't a #1 voice in the room. It's "hey everyone chip in and well have a vote"

I like that it's collaborative and open but you need a vision. Which is basically what's hurt this FO in the early days IMO. Good intentions but a bit rudderless. Wait and see time.
