Curry came in and immediately contested a Bradley jumpshot.
Is he not following Karl's gameplan to just let guys shoot all night or ha this something to do with pride and effort?
Maybe Dmc should try to learn a thing or two from Seth....

Cousins is a our personal canary. Always has been.

That's not terrible admirable btw, but it is consistent. This was pretty easily predictable.

Hey, I've been one of the most vocal about everything not being Karl's fault. Maybe it's just Boogie hating playing the Celtics, but he could not look any less engaged in this one. The scowling, complaining, lazy defense has all reared it's ugly head. Probably a message that he wants a new coach.

I really like Seth's defense. Why Karl does not let him play is mystery.

And Marco looks a lot better a starter. This is another valid criticism of Karl unlike the nonsense from other outlets.

Karl waited 20 games too long to switch the role of Ben and Marco to help both players. His own stubbornness works against him.

Sullinger has always played Cousins tough. In fact, you could argue that he generally outplays him. Boogie's numbers drop to 16.6 ppg on 36% shooting against him.

Strong, relatively mobile bigs have always been his toughest match ups.

This is the thing I don't get! He's going to get the name "coach-killer" because of today. In the 1st half, he obviously wasn't trying on either end of the floor.

I want Karl gone, but this isn't the way to do it... This just contributes to the narrative of Cousins being a dysfunctional hard-ass within a dysfunctional organization.

At least the good thing is that the firing will be overshadowed by the Superbowl

Its his only way to earn minutes, and he's fresh. Rest of these guys are beaten down by all this.

This is why we are being as silly now delaying as we were silly being too quick with Malone. Once the shop starts taking on water you have to get ti turned into the wind stat or you'll lose it entirely.

Look I'm not defending anyone, but its possible that Grant doesn't know what transpired between the officials and Cuz. He did mention it, but that's it. We start to start looking at the reality of this team instead of making excuses for them. Cuz, for whatever reason hasn't shown up for this game, and that's after saying that there are bigger problems with this team than effort and hustle. Something is going on, and it's translating to the court. I can only comment on what I see, and what I see isn't good. How about all the players on the court have some pride.

Let me ask you something. When Sullinger was under the basket with the ball, surrounded by three King's players, and he threw up a wild shot over his head as he was falling down, does anyone think he was fouled? Your damm right he was, but there was no call. Did he ***** about it? No. I'm sick and tired of the constant bitching and moaning. Just go out there and play the damm game. Life isn't always fair.
 
The only thing I'm curious about for the second half: Will Cousins get his 2nd technical and get himself kicked out the game? Kings' player need an exclamation mark on their desire to remove Karl.

Not really. If you don't play your man and stand in the passing lanes you're going to get steals. Rondo is sieve on defense. There is no comparison between Rondo and Curry on D. Curry actually pressures his man; Rondo puts up no resistance. He's a joke on defense.

You've got to be f'in kidding me...What are you even watching man? Curry played solid defense the 4 minutes he was on the floor, agreed, but you don't get five steals in a half by being lazy and picking off easy passes.
 
I keep watching the Boston guards blow past our guards into the paint and its either a shot or a pass when Cuz has to go challenge. Shouldn't there be some disgust with our guards or is it just going to be directed at a certain individual?
