Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

Great game by the Kings and nice win against a good team. I think it's due at least in part to the Manhattan clam chowder I made. Luckily, there's more than enough for the game against Chicago. And it might come in handy to have something already prepared as they're saying I could get between one and two feet of snow by Sunday morning.

If I don't show up by game time, you can figure that the snow has taken out the power ... again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though, that just snow won't do much damage.

Two power outages today but, as of this moment, I'm in luck! And to make it even better, the game is on News10, which means I'll be able to bring out my little battery-operated portable TV and watch off the rickety outside antenna if things take a turn for the worse.

while the sports focus is on the Laker trade and the Super Bowl, I'm just hoping for a good fun game with energy galore.
