Kings @ Bulls Game Thread

well that first half was definetly not flowing...at all...by any stretch of the imagination...it wasn't even entertaining to me anyway

the only two people who shot with any kind of flow was Darius and Mike and that was basically in the first quarter...

Eddie hit a few baskets....Brad hit a few baskets...a lot of Cats buckets came off 2nd Kings attempt....but that was about it when it came to offense

The bulls did a great job in not allowing that inside pass a lot of the time...they broke it up or whatever

As far as a defense goes...it seemed OKAY in the begining of the first quarter but ever since....

Ben Gordon is basically doing whatever he wants to do on the floor...and thats not a good thing

i have confidence in the 2nd half that the shots will now begin to really fall...but they gotta step up the defense....i remember seeing a lot of the Bulls getting open shots...with not even a man running to get a hand in the face...and that is unlike the Kings

LETS GO KINGS!!
LETS DO THIS!!

So you're happy the Kings didn't do well because you can say "I told you so"?

blech.
Of course not VF21,,,
u know the Kings as well as I do...

I would love for the 2004 Kings to be Like the 2000-2003 Kings
I'm waiting patiently for that to happen

They weren't sleeping, I distinctly saw their eyes open.....
But did you see them blink? They could have had eyeballs painted on the outside of their eyelids, you know...

Webber has to keep shooting to get his shot... if he doesnt touch the ball we cant win...
are you kidding? he can touch the ball by getting rebounds, making assists, and creating plays instead of shooting.

i also seem to remember a lot of games in which the kings win and webber didn't play.

This is a team game, not the webb-show... and the kings are a great team

Thats what i mean by touches... drawing people to him so he can pass it , and taking his open shots...

Okay, let's not ruin a perfectly good game discussion thread with the tired old arguments about Webber. If the Kings don't win, you'll have all the time in the world - or at least until tomorrow evening - to point fingers and assess blame.

Please???

In order for the KINGS to win, they need to shoot better from the field, and that iNCLUDES Webber, who IS in fact, a King, believe it or not.

According to Elston Turner, the TEAM is missing a lot of open shots NOT just Webber. Just thought I'd clarify. And he also thinks the energy level has been a problem.

Oops. Wrong thread...

;)

Darius, Barnes, and Evans combined... 0 rebounds, Webb has to go inside and try to get to score, get to the line, or find perimeter guys for assists. He shouldn't stop working on offense but at this point he's got to pass up any outside shots unless he's "wide" open.

same s*** just a different day, again no D, the teams are constantly shooting 55+ against us...even the bulls who are known to struggle offensively. I know I'm beating a dead horse, but once again if we don't do something about the D we are simply not going to win many more games. :(
