Mariners have finished over .500 8 times during their draught. It’s actually hard making the playoffs in baseball. Our streak has gotta be more impressive.

Well another one in the books. We have killer playoffs to look forward to, Lotto Tuesday, the Draft and free agency. Unless we land a top 4 selection, I expect we will have another blockbuster trade coming this offseason. I don't think Monte will want to risk rolling out the same team as last year plus a rookie. Free Agency is going to be interesting but it's going to be hard to get promising free agents, at least until we start showing signs of winning and stability.

On a human level Alvin seems like a really great dude. I am sure he will have an opportunity to continue his coaching career as an assistant elsewhere next season.
I will give him credit for not just leaving.

April 24th is the next most important date as it is the deadline for early entry. With 8 our most likely spot we want to see Shaedon Sharpe enter the draft.

Yeah, I wouldn’t expect Shaedon to declare early. I think he’ll ultimately declare for the draft but with how his family and John Calipari have handled the season, I expect more hemming and hawing up until the final deadline.

Interesting thinking on Tshiebwe. I guess despite being a rebounding machine and a good defender, his NIL is valuable enough to make going to the NBA a risky move. You know, I can't imagine that being the case if he were still at West Virginia. So I guess that NIL is yet another boon to the Blue Bloods.
