Here is why I think Reke is struggling so much:

1) He is hurt. Im not sure that its a major issue, but it cant be helping.

2) This team has a real spacing problem. Its not just words, its a real issue. We have been terrible all year from 3. Teams are backing off of just about EVERY one of our players. No tight coverage around the perimeter to give Evans room.

3) He isnt finishing. As much trouble as Evans has had getting to the basket, He has also had a ton of trouble finishing at the rim. He's missing alot of layups for whatever reason.

4) The jumper. Everyone wanted him to work on his jumper, and he has. He can only shoot so many times .. some jumpers, some layups were last year it was all layups.

5) No stretch the floor bigman. Say what you want about Hawes, but when he floats around the perimeter he can drag his man out of the paint. No one is going to chase Dalmbert out there.

I watched the first half with my buddy who is seeing Evans for the first time. I had no idea how to explain to him what the "hype" was all about, even though I am the one who has been hyping him.

You need to help him come back down to reality and tell him the hype isn't lived up to yet. Come back in a couple of years.

It doesnt matter who we play. It doesnt matter what their record is. Everyteam we play is better than us because they are playing our team. We have no energy. We keep settling for jumpers.

We are also quite dumb. Landry had 15 first half points, has he Even touched the ball this half?

And we still watch every game no matter what ;)

Why does it seem like when somebody tries to talk to Tyreke on the sidelines or on the floor about how he can make things easier for himself, he just seems like he isn't really paying attention and just shaking his head saying "o.k.".

Like others have pointed out in the past, DMC seems to be getting drawn out towards the perimeter a lot. He should be down where he's dangerous, not out in lala land setting picks. IMHO of course.

good play right there... open shot and two guys under the basket for an offensive rebound, but unfortunately we get a brick.
