Can someone please tell me why we have turned all of our players into jump shooters?

Landry is now a shooter. We have stopped posting up DMC and now hes shooting jumpers. Reke isnt attacking anymore and settling for jumpers. Casspi NEVER takes the ball to the hoop anymore and is strictly a 3pt shooter. Its depressing.
