Westphal makes games like these go from close losses to blowouts. This team could hang with this team on a night like this even without Reke. You make these games blowouts when you start Jeter at the 2 and leave our back court completely defense less. Until this team gets a coach that can atleast put common sense combinations out there the team is doomed.

Sometimes I think this team wins IN SPITE of Westphal.

I didnt expect a W tonight, but the rotations and lack of minutes for certain players (Greene, Cuz), are a bit headscratching.

I Believe if we won the first 2 games and got demolished like we are tonight I would be just as mad. There was just too much wrong with the roations, starting lineup etc. just mind blowing to me ugh. Anybody think a 0-6 road trip gets good ol PW the axe??

yea it looked dumb but it was actually pretty reasonable considering we were 3 on 1. Going directly to the basket or throwing a straight up alley oop would've allowed the defender to challenge the shot. Off the backboard takes just enough time for the defender to run past the basket, and allow our player to make the dunk. The pass was too strong so it didn't work but it was the right decision.

I agree. Cousins need as much pt as possible, and with only 2 fouls there is no excuse for not playing him the final 14 mins.

Tonight was bad. Westphal was completely unpredictable all night... Not much to say, just terrible.

Casspi's defense is good and he rarely makes mistake.

However his offense is terrible. He has no game off the dribble. He can't make his own shot.

I guess, when down by twenty, Westphal didnt want risk any mistakes that might cost us the game.
