Peja would not make it if the game was played tommorow -- 21pts 4rebs 44% shooting won't get him in in the stacked West at forward. He'll need to pick it up in the next few months to get in through the coaches.
Webber probably would -- he's fighting perception coming off of this offseason and of course won't be voted in, but the coaches will have paid attention and when healthy he is pretty much of an automatic choice.
Miller would not, except he's a center, and there are so few good ones. He's not having as good a year as last year. But with Shaq gone and Yao having a poor season, Brad can still make it. Problem is that Yao will still get voted in for no other reason than the NBA fans who vote for All-Stars rarely have a remote clue of how anybody is actually playing. Then Brad making it or not as a backup largely depends on whether the coaches decide to include a guy like Amare as a C (since that is where he is playing this year). If they do, then Brad is probably out.
Bibby looked to have a good shot this season with Payton old and in the East, Cassel aging etc. But he's struggled recently. And with Nash getting a big share of the credit in Phoenix you figure that he's almost a shoo-in. Furthermore, those same stupid voters are likely to vote Kobe and TMac in as the guards, just because those are the only names short enough for them to remember (you may have noticed my lack of esteem for the average I.Q. of the NBA voter

). If that happens then its Kobe/TMac, Ray Allen, Nash as automatics and a big scrum for the other spots. Bibby can make it if they decide to take 2 pure PGs -- all of the good guards are in he East this year.
Shoo-ins right now:
Yao (vote)
Duncan
Garnett
TMac (vote)
Kobe
Nowitzki
Nash
Allen
Amare
So that really leaves only 3 spots for other guys, and I guarantee you all 3 won't go to the Kings. Figure either Kirilenko (if healthy) or Boozer might nab one. Rashard Lewis, Zach Randolph, Brand, Marion, Maggette etc. are all stong candidates, and Ginobili, Richardson, Gasol and others are waiting out beyond that. Wouldn't shock me if Webb was the only King to make it, assuming he stays healthy.
