Bricklayer I dont know what you have against Jason Kidd but he easyly has a good 3 years left in him...Not only is he a vet but a proven leader... I would take Jason Kidd over any young player out there right now period! He does turn 34 this year, but that does not mean a dam thing! He has not slowed down at all his hole career unlike Bibby....

Im not sure it whats againt Kidd as much as what this will mean to the future of the franchise. I for one, would not like my team to be a 7-12 seed for the next 5 years.

I also don't want Kidd, at least not unless there was a full rebuild and some phoenix situation where we can conceivably contend in those 3 years left.

there's no way of knowing i suppose until it happened, if it did, but i'd guess probably not for the championship or any potentially desireable goal other than the perennial 8th seed which we struggle to reach now with 3 of those + bibby...
unless of course that question mark were like optimus prime or something cause that would be pretty cool.

Yep. That "?" needs to be a darn good player for that team to consider "contending" for anything like home court advantage in the PO, mych less getting a ring.
