My 1st thought was "WHAT IN THE F is he doing playing in a tournament like that, risking some scrub ending his career"!! Maybe alright for college players, but pros, especially ones that are coming off career years, shouldn't be risking injury playing in a tournament open to the general public. Pick up games with other elite-level players is one thing--but there was some scrubs in that video.

Well, there may be some minor unnecessary risk there, but this is his hometown tourney. If somebody so much as laid a hard foul on Kevin they'd probably never make it home

Yeah, and I'm not really in favor of this sort of thing, but that is the sort of accident that could happen anywhere. These guys do play during the summers to get better. If you don't you're just Brad sitting out on your porch drinking brewskies.

Accidents can happen -- its only the long, fiercely competiive grind of the NT committments that begins to get irksome.

These guys are atheletes. They will being doing something atheltic all summer to keep in shape and improve their games. Whether its basketball or any other atheletic endeavors, they will be risking injury.

people are overreacting. he IS a human being, we all, well most of us like to have fun. this just shows he's a good person by giving his home crowd a chance to see him live in action.

For someone who follows the Gus Macker...the green team in which they were playing in the video actually knocked them out of the tournament the last 2 years (2005 and 2006). This year they were missing their big man that couldnt make it to the tourny due to back surgery. In 2005 they split games with the Green team winning on sunday to knock kevin and them out...then in 2006 they won due to a forfeit (rain...so kevin was smart there..haha). And this year against the same team in that video the fouls were like 8-0 so most of Domino's points (kevins team) came off of free throws (which kevin actually went 1-6)or they simply went to their big man down low.


And how that game ended was not 20-18....the score was tied up 18-18 and the green team had a 3 to end it but missed then kevin drove to the hole and the defensive player got called for a foul and they didnt give him continuation (cause its not the NBA).

Kevin went to the line and finally made a free throw...then they called the game on time limit and it ended 19-18....


Just getting some facts right after watching the clip...haha
