Jason's knees are shot. He'd be a total fool to try and come back.

Point guards who rely on their quickness and can't shoot generally don't age well, and in Williams' case his problem was further exacerbated by his constant injuries. His assist rate also dropped drastically--and in his heyday he was really really good at that, and now between his wayward shooting and turnstyle defense he has nothing to fall back on. But the injuries really did him in--he's done.
