I'm drafting this little number more for it's historical significance. It is an important component of the east coast - west coast rap feud that snuffed out the bright stars of Biggie and Tupac. Ice Cube really, really didn't like this guy. In this song he basically tells every gangster rapper that they are quickly turning rap from a young hottie into a total butterface, metaphorically speaking. H.E.R. is thought to be an acronym for Hearing every rhyme:
