Injuries (Bonzi and Peja Out)

I somehow don't think they'll be signing anyone. What are the odds they would see any court time anyway? Well, I guess they could sign them for practise purposes. I like the idea of Rodney White. I don't really know why he isn't on a team. And as others have mentioned, I have no idea why Matt Barnes isn't a King. Dumb move not signing this kid when he was waived.

ONE bleeping draft pick is not going to make a championship team. You need all the components. Look at the Cavaliers. They have arguably the best pick to come along in years and I don't remember seeing them in the NBA finals.

They have to make the playoffs first...

Unfortunately, at this point, Peja's market value has dropped more than Beta tapes. A shooter who all of a sudden cannot shoot and has suffered back problems, a hand/pinky injury of some sort, and now another back injury. Peja has become just about the most injury-prone player on the Kings, and that's saying something.

Our prayers should be that Peja heal quickly and, somehow, start doing well enough so that someone will be willing to make a decent offer for him.

I think we have missed Pedja's outside shooting recently. At least now we know why he was suddenly struggling again when it seemed like he was over the hand thing. Pedja does seem to be injury prone, tho. I hate to see any King hurt.

Something definitely doesn't add up. A back injury like that would have been an issue for Peja yesterday, and I saw no signs of something like that.

Early in the road trip, I noticed Peja get off the bench and lay on the floor on his back. It was just a quick flash on TV and was not commented on, but I figured then that he must be having back issues.

Peja has become just about the most injury-prone player on the Kings, and that's saying something.

I think Brad might still have the edge on him here.

I think Peja is gone. This is a reason to not play him until he gets traded this week. I can gaurantee you that 85% of the people on this board have a protruding disk....

Totally! I think the smart thing to do would be to start Corliss at SF...but thats the SMART thing...RA probably will start Martin/Garcia, unfortunately. Hey, might as well keep throwing the lambs to the slaughter, couldnt make things any worse than they already are.

I'm glad Peja is out, he was'nt helping in our offense or deffense.
He sucks. When he tries to be agressive, he just get his shot blocked.

He likes to leave alone his player at the final seconds when the scoreboard is tied. He tries to be agressive and still gets the same haircut.

I like Francisco better than Peja, his D is much better and he plays with heart.

Peja out= Better team
