Well we did it with 2 sick players and without three starters, we shouldnt even be competing. Yeah they might be worse but they have alot of weapons, make no mistake about it.

well, we everybody healthy, Salmons doesn't go 12-21 with 11/7. Cisco isn't on the floor ho hit a late three and Navaro doesn't shoot 2-13 against Bibby.
If You think that when other guys come back - the team will raise the level - think again. Guys that are playing well will play less and lose efficiency. There won't be a big difference in overall record.

And while we laugh winning this tonight - coming june Grizzlies will have a last laugh and as You could see tonight - they draft well.

Weapons aren't why they lose -- its all the things they showed tonight. defense, reboudning, turning it over. Classic all style no substance team at this point, and all kinds of youth as well.

Having to come back obscured it, but this is a team that you should beat at home. Actually this may be one of the few teams that every single team in the league, Minneosta and/or Knicks possibly excepted, should beat at home. They just don't know how to win.

The only thing that worries me is the amount of time all the starters got. I know once Bibby, Martin, and Artest are back we will have a decent bench though. At least scoring wise.

Not sure what the point is. Lots of assumptions to prove something, I guess. Gay was a trade.

Whatever, i think we will be a much better team with our all stars back and memphis didnt have the last laugh in the 07 draft. There were supposed to get Oden or Durrant. We only had 10 available players and basically used 8, great win no matter how you slice it.

I am not surprised a bit that You didn't get it but You will eventually
Your point still doesnt matter because Bibby artest and martin>>>>beno, salmons and Beno. And i dont see how garcia and beno off the bench will hurt us, salmons will probably struggle at first but theus said martin and bibby would have to work their way back in the lineup so give the benifit of the doubt.

I though - we only had one

How many games did we win last season with Bibby, Artest and Martin ???

Bigger names, yes. Production? You would for instance never get more out of that trio than the three current guys put up tonight.

In any case, Piksi's issue, which I have not fully taken up yet but will in about 5-8 more losses, is that that stuff is irrelevant. Once we are basically eliminated from the playoffs, then all those "wins" which follow are damaging to the franchise by draining it of a key asset -- a high pick. You drop from #5 to #6 to #7 to #8...to #13 or so. Your asset depreciates (both in potential to land a good player, and in trade value), and you can't get it back. And that asset is intentionally set up to help bad teams like yourself recover. -- that's its purpose. When you don't take advantage of it... It is as if with every win Kevin Martin (another asset) permanently lost 1ppg off of his scoring average forever into the future. How many games would you really want to win if that were true?

On an average day. On a good day, they give you much more. And besides, those two will give you much more off the bench than Douby/Jones.

Feel free to point out to me the game where our normal trio has put up better than 75 points 19rebs 11ast, had one guy nearly go for a triple double, and another hit the big clutch shot to win it.

You woudl be damn lucky to get that out of Mike/Kevin/Ron. Or for that matter any little man trio.

not to mention - they shot 54% from the field combined
